Enclosed please find a Second Amended Motion to Disqualify Tribal Prosecutor. I inadvertently inserted the October 12th hearing where you father represented the tribal council, instead of the August 23rd hearing where you represented the council. With so many hearings on so many cases, it was a natural mistake.
