AND ROSA BURLISON,

Defendants.

Comes now the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and shows to the Court as follows:

That defendant(s) is/are being prosecuted for an alleged violation of Section 41 -2 of the Criminal Code of the Choctaw Nation in Count 1, Section 46-3 of Criminal Code in Count 11, Section 46-4 of Criminal Code in Count III, Section 46-5 of Criminal Code in Count IV.

Accordingly, the Nation herewith dismisses all of the charges herein, said dismissal being a bar to any future prosecutions that might have arisen out of defendants' conduct on September 4, 1995.
