Comes now the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and shows to the Court as follows:

That defendant(s) is/are being prosecuted for an alleged violation of Section 17 B of the Criminal Code of the Choctaw Nation in Count I and Section 16-12 of the Criminal Code of the Choctaw Nation in Count II.

Accordingly, the Nation herewith dismisses all of the charges herein, said dismissal being a bar to any future prosecutions that might have arisen out of defendants' conduct on September 4, 1995.
