Plaintiffs have filed motions to vacate the Court's Order of December 8, 1998 granting the United States' Motion to Dismiss and to permit filing of Plaintiffs' Response Brief to the Motion to Dismiss of the United States. In the event the Court grants those motions, the United States requests ten days from the date of the Order within which to file a Reply Brief to Plaintiffs' Response Brief.
