You are hereby commanded to appear before the Court of Indian 0ffenses of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, at the Courthouse thereof, on the 26th day of September 1997, at 1:30 p.m., to testify as a witness in the above styled action, and bring with you all documents relating to the arrests of the above named individuals on September 4, 1995, at Tuskahoma, Oklahoma, by the Choctaw Nation law enforcement, including but not limited to, the original photographs and negatives of at least one roll of film taken by you of the arrest of Douglas G. Dry.

Upon failure to appear an order for your arrest may be issued.

Receipt for Certified Mail and Domestic Return Receipt are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
