You are hereby commanded to appear before the Court of Indian 0ffenses of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, at the Courthouse thereof, on the 14th day of February, 1997, at 1:30 p.m., to testify as a witness in the above styled action, and brinq with you all documents relating to the arrests of the above named individuals on September 4, 1995, at Tuskahoma, Oklahoma, by the Choctaw Nation law enforcement, including but not limited to, statements taken by you of witnesses to the arrests, video or audio recordings, photographs, and any and all exculpatory evidence tending to exhonerate the above-named defendants.
Upon failure to appear an order for your arrest may be issued.
