Comes now the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and shows to the Court as follows:

That defendant is being prosecuted for an alleged violation of CB-96-113; that the undersigned prosecutor has learned that said tribal law was not presented to and approved by the Bureau of Indian Affairs prior to defendant being charged as is required by 25 CFR Section 11.1 23(e). Accordingly, said law was not in effect and the Nation herewith dismisses the charge herein.

I hereby certify that on the day of February, 1997, I mailed a true and correct copy of the above Dismissal to Scott Kayla Morrison, P.O. Box 637, Wilburton, OK 74578, with full postage prepaid thereon.
