Case No. CIV 97-113-B
DOUGLAS G. DRY,
JUANITA MCCONNELL, and
ROSIE BURLISON,
Plaintiffs,
vs.
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA el al,
Defendants.
Defendants Bob Rabon, Robert L. Rabon, Kim Reed, Hoppy Denison, Bill Barrow, Mike Russell, Steven Flowers, Chris Welch, Kenneth Johnson, and Blake Johnico have no objection to Federal Defendants' Motion to Suspend Discovery and Vacating the Scheduling Order and to Strike Jury Trial Setting.
Further, these Defendants would join, as a matter of judicial economy, in the Federal Defendants' Motion to Suspend Discovery and to Vacate the Scheduling Order as each of the above named Defendants currently has pending Motions to Dismiss before this Court. If after the Court's rulings on the dispositive motions of these Defendants any part of the case remains, these Defendants would request another status and scheduling conference to establish a new discovery schedule.
Respectfully submitted,
STEIDLEY & NEAL
Attorneys for Defendants Bob Rabon, Robert L. Rabon,
Kim Reed, Hoppy Denison, Bill Barrow, Mike Russell,
Steven Flowers, Chris Welch, Kenneth Johnson, and
Blake Johnico
