O R D E R

Now on this 15th day of August, 1997, this matter came on for hearing on defendants' motion for discovery and defendant Douglas Dry appeared in person and through counsel Scott Kayla Morrison and plaintiff Choctaw Nation appeared through tribal prosecutor Robert L. Rabon and having heard the testimony and examined the evidence and being fully advised of the premises, this Court finds, orders, adjudges and decrees as follows:

1. That the Bureau of Indian Affairs is in possession of evidence necessary to defense and such evidence should be provided to defense within 30 days. IT IS SO ORDERED.
