Comes now ROSIE LEE BURLISON and JUANITA McCONNELL, defendants above named, by and through their counsel of record, and request the Court Clerk to prepare the original record for purposes of lodging an Appeal to the Court of Indian Appeals of the Choctaw Nation, Muskogee Court of Indian Appeals. The appeal time is to start from a ruling made herein on the 24th day of January, 1997. Said original record shall contain the following material from the Court of Indian 0ffenses file:
