This matter comes before the Court on Motion to Withdraw filed by Scott Kayla Morrison, counsel of record for Plaintiffs on January 13, 1999 (Docket Entry #168) and Application for Substitution of Counsel filed by Plaintiffs on January 28, 1999 (Docket Entry #173). Ms. Morrison requests that she be permitted to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiffs due to her relocation to Arizona. In response to a request from this Court, Plaintiffs now request that Douglas G. Dry, who is an attorney and a Plaintiff in this action be substituted as counsel. Based upon the representations of counsel, this Court finds that the relief should be granted as requested in both the Motion and Application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Motion to Withdraw filed by Scott Kayla Morrison, counsel for Plaintiffs on January 13, 1999 (Docket Entry #168) is hereby GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Application for Substitution of Counsel filed by Plaintiffs on January 28, 1999(Docket Entry #173) is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, Douglas G. Dry is substituted as counsel for Plaintiffs.
