Dear Judge Wolfe:

I received your January 11, 1997, letter. It was my understanding that you would rule on the motion to dismiss first, then schedule a hearing on the motion to recuse tribal prosecutor, and rule on the other motions without a hearing. However, tribal attorney Bob Rabon has repeatedly stated, in pleadings and statements, that the motion to dismiss has been decided. If this is true, neither me or my clients have been notified. Therefore, my question is whether the motion to dismiss one of the motions still pending?
