Plaintiffs, Douglas Dry, Juanita McConnell and Rosie Burlison, pursuant to Eastern District of Oklahoma Local Rule 7.2B, requests leave to file an oversized response to Defendant Bob Rabon's Motion to Dismiss in the above styled matter. The actual biref will not be in excess of twelve pages, however, due to the complexity of this litigation, the extensive documentation of the history of the CFR Choctaw Court of Indian 0ffenses, and the need to attach as exhibits pleadings and opinions not readily available to this Court (i.e. Choctaw Constitutional Court, CFR Choctaw Court of Indian 0ffenses, CFR Choctaw Court of Indian Appeals), counsel has been unable to address the issues adequately within the page limitation of the rules.

WHEREFORE, the Plaintiffs respectfully requests leave of the court to file an oversized brief.
