COME NOW the Plaintiffs Juanita McConnell and Rosie Burlison by and through their attorney of record, Douglas G. Dry, and the Defendants Roland Bradford and Geraldine Grammar by and through their attorneys of record, Steidley & Neal, and hereby jointly stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of Defendants Roland Bradford and Geraldine Grammar. The Par-ties stipulate to bear their own costs and attorneys fees in this dismissal. A proposed Order granting the Parties' Joint Motion to Dismiss is attached for the Court's consideration.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Plaintiffs Juanita McConnell and Rosie Burlison and Defendants Roland Bradford and Geraldine Grammar request this Court to Order a dismissal of the Plaintiffs' claims as to these Defendants.
